Gin and Ginger Highball
Ingredients:

50ml Pure Gold Gin
- 100ml Ginger Ale
- A dash or two of bitters
- Orange slice to garnish
Method:
- Pour Pure Gold Gin into a highball glass over ice
- Top with ginger ale
- Add bitters and garnish with orange slice
