Gold Gin Sour
Ingredients:
- 45ml Pure Gold Gin
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- 1 x egg white
- A dash of bitters and lemon twist for garnish
Method:
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake very well
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with a dash of bitters and a lemon twist
