Golden Summer Spritz
Ingredients:
- 40mL Pure Gold Gin
- 20mL Grapefruit liqueur
- 200mL Elderflower tonic
- Dehydrated citrus wheel and rosemary to garnish
Method:

Add gin and grapefruit liqueur to an ice-filled wine glass
- Stir well and top with tonic water
- Garnish with a citrus wheel and rosemary
